アロハ、初めまして、

レクエルドハワイのカメラマン　チャールズです。

あんまり　日本語で　書くのは　ちょっと　むずかしいから、I will write mostly in english with the occasional japanese.

For my first post, I thought it would be of interest to some as to what kind of camera gear I use for my photo shoots...

I have 3 camera bodies at my disposal - Canon EOS 1D Mark IIN, EOS 5D, and an EOS 5D Mark II.  The 5D is company issued, the 1D Mark IIN and the 5D Mark II are my own.  The 5D Mark II is a great camera, being able to capture very clean images and also shoot HD video.

 

I carry five lenses in my camera bag, the 70-200mm, 24-70mm, 16-35mm, 85mm 1.8, and the 50mm 1.2.  With the exception of the 85mm, all are Canon L lenses.  These lenses give me the range I need to capture the images required for a successful album.  The 50 1.2 is from my personal collection, and is a favorite lens to use.  Very pleasing bokeh.

From time to time I will show more camera gear, in particular the stuff that I have acquired through ebay.
